Wastewater Treatment
A key element of Shamrock’s comprehensive waste services is treatment of industrial wastes and wastewater. Client-generated wastewater is collected and transported to our facility for disposal. By accepting “generator status” for non-hazardous wastes, Shamrock accepts responsibility for proper management of waste disposed of through our facilities.

Shamrock’s process facilities are 100% compliant with all applicable permits.

Centralized Waste Treatment (CWT)
Shamrock’s Browns Summit Facility is fully compliant with its Significant Industrial User (SIU) permit that allows discharge of industrial wastewater to a POTW (Publicly Operated Treatment Works). Shamrock’s Browns Summit Facility meets the new 2003 Rule for Centralized Waste Treatment (CWT) categorical requirement for discharge of CWT wastes to the POTW. Shamrock can accept and manage all three categories of waste:

CWT Waste Classifications
